Abundance Within wellness studio is here to support you on your healing journey, whether you need to de-stress or are looking for a deeper energy healing when you are having a hard time moving into your flow, into your best life. The blend of healing modalities offered here can provide physical pain relief, aid in processing emotions, and balance and ground you energetically. Several modalities are often used when providing a session to ensure healing on multiple levels. All healing sessions are intuitively designed for you based on your needs. No two sessions are alike, but they will always be what you need for your highest good. This is a safe, judgement-free space for your healing journey. Everyone is welcome!
In addition to deep healing sessions, Abundance Within cares for your well being by offering organic, natural linens and pillows, when possible. EMF protection is provided using Aires Tech Zone devices and the air is purified with a Hepa filter and a WellisAir air revitalizer. For physical grounding, an Earthing pad is available for your use during each session, if desired.

I began my search for a more balanced life about 10 years ago. I no longer enjoyed my career, I was constantly stressed and tired of jumping through corporate “hoops” and working late to meet deadlines that were bumped up unexpectedly. The words “grounded” and “centered” were not a part of my vocabulary. On my weekends, I cooked, cleaned (sometimes), did the laundry and prepared for my upcoming work week. I did get to spend some time with friends and got some exercise in, but there was something missing in my life. I had no spiritual connection. I was/am not a religious person. I just never felt a connection to it, and that’s ok. It was when I discovered that you could have a connection with the Divine, the Universe, God (whatever you choose to call your higher power) without religion that I started to discover my true path for this life.
I started with stress-reduction by taking group meditation classes and then went on to discover different spiritual avenues with courses in chakras, intuitive tarot, oracle card reading, researching various types of energy healing, crystals, frequencies, and sound healing, etc… In all of these explorations, I've found a common experience: I learned more about myself, faced some uncomfortable truths that I had emotionally tucked away, and I grew. I'm still learning, doing my "shadow work", and growing and will be doing so for the rest of my days because… life is complicated. It took me many years, but I finally figured out that there was so much more for me in this life than having a career that did not support all of me: body, mind, and Spirit. It was the biggest blessing in my life when I decided to make healing a calling, a career. As I continue my spiritual journey in life, my service offerings to you may grow too. If I discover a new-to-me healing experience that I think is incredible, please know that I will find a way to share it with you through Abundance Within as we continue to grow and heal together.
