Sound Baths
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is where you are completely immersed in sound, vibration, and frequency. It is thought by some that different frequencies relate to different energy paths, chakras, and body parts and can be used to balance the chakras or remove energy blocks, allowing your body’s energy (Ki, Chi, Prana) to flow freely. Some of the many benefits of experiencing a sound bath are: stress reduction, improved sleep, deep relaxation, pain relief, improved mood, and a deepened sense of being present. Self-care is incredibly important to get and stay healthy and a sound bath is a perfect tool to have available when you are looking to recharge and refresh yourself.
Sound Baths Are Not
a replacement for Western forms of medicine or mental health therapies. If you are physically ill or having a mental health emergency, contact your doctor or therapist immediately for help. Sound baths can hold space and support you during times when you are receiving healing and therapy from your licensed professional healthcare providers, but is in no way a replacement for these professional services. It is a “complementary” therapy that can be integrated alongside all other medical and therapeutic techniques for your health and wellbeing on a physical, emotional, mental, and energetic/spiritual level.

What to Expect
Abundance Within is a shoe-free studio. There is an area near the entrance where your shoes can be left, but socks can be kept on for comfort and warmth if you prefer. Bare feet are welcome too. For a session at the studio, you may want to bring a pillow, blanket, eye mask, a bottle of water, and anything else you may need for your comfort. Organic cotton cushions and fresh sheets to lay on will be provided. Restrooms are available on site.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are by appointment only. It is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate last minute or same day sessions, so please book at least 18 hours in advance. You can email Pam at info@abundancewithin.com to check if there are any same-day sessions available.
There is a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. If something happens to prevent you from making your appointment, please reschedule it as soon as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a fee equal to the cost of your missed appointment. As a small business, late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from being able to open that space up for someone else’s healing and can have a detrimental financial impact on the studio.
A deposit by credit card is required to reserve your session and to implement the cancellation policy when needed, but you may use a different payment method for the remainder of the session fee on the day of your appointment.
