3 to 6, 1-Hour Session Packages Packages include 3, 4, 5, or 6 1-hour sessions and can save you between $30 to $150 depending on the package. Sessions may include a guided Reiki meditation, sound healing, frequency therapy, crystal therapy, grounding, and vagus nerve stimulation modalities as well. It is best to schedule all sessions at the same time to ensure you have the interval between healing sessions that you want, but it is not necessary. This package is ideal for someone at any stage of their spiritual journey that is looking for regular stress reduction or to work deeply on issues that may be of concern for them, to discover the root cause of the issue, and release the energy that can be holding them back from living their best life.
